Billingual Specialist Scribe

Job description: MVSPlus is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Medical Scribe to join our growing remote healthcare documentation team. The ideal candidate will be a licensed medical doctor residing in Mexico, fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong medical terminology knowledge and attention to detail. Position Overview As a Bilingual Medical Scribe, you will be responsible for accurately translating and documenting patient encounters from Spanish to English and English to Spanish. You will work closely with U.S.-based healthcare providers to ensure medical charts are precise, complete, and compliant. Key Responsibilities: • Translate and transcribe patient encounters, medical histories, and provider notes between English and Spanish • Accurately document clinical information into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) • Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards • Support physicians with administrative and clerical documentation as needed • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in chart completion Qualifications: • Must be a licensed medical doctor residing in Mexico • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) • Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical workflows • Prior experience as a medical scribe, translator, or medical documentation specialist preferred • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision Job Type: Full-time Pay: $7.00 - $9.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
