Bookkeeper Accountant: 5-6 Days per month - Remote | WFH

Responsibilities As a Full Charge Bookkeeper and HR Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include full-cycle bookkeeping and light HR duties. This encompasses accounts payable, payroll, commission calculation, bank and account reconciliation, and vendor management. You'll engage extensively with vendors, employees, and contractors, solving day-to-day problems with your excellent problem-solving skills. Qualifications An AA degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred. Experience using accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Peachtree, Sage, or similar. Three to five years of full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping experience. Strong attention to detail with natural follow-up skills. Excellent Oral And Written Communication Skills (4-year College Preferred). Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and technology in general.
