Bookkeeper – Client Facing – 100% Remote

Responsibilities Kforce's client, a CPA firm, is seeking a Bookkeeper in a 100% remote job. This is a client facing role where you will be working on bookkeeping for the firm's clients. There is a strong CPA and mentor you will report to. If you want a 100% remote job with great work and strong mentor, this is the job for you. Duties will include... • Maintain records of financial statements: post transactions, manage chart of accounts, maintain general ledger • Accounts Payable • Accounts Receivable • Prepare and enter payroll journal entries • Reconciliations of bank, credit card and loan accounts • Enter and reconcile sales into accounting software • Inventory management • Other bookkeeping tasks Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting • Over 1 year of bookkeeping experience • Experience working with clients • Strong to Intermediate Excel experience • Experience with Xero a plus • Experience with QuickBooks a plus The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
