Here’s what YOU’LL do… Working under the direction of an Accounting Manager, and alongside other account team members, you’ll perform daily weekly and monthly bookkeeping tasks for your team’s designated clients. Tasks like: Entering Bills Creating A/R invoices. Scanning & attaching documents Reconciling bank and credit card accounts Adding vendors for A/P and clients for A/R Support Staff Accountant - including, but not limited to, preparing client source documents for processing and performing quality assurance on that work - account analysis, work paper preparation, and other month-end closing procedures as assigned. Provide support for accounting system design projects by reconciling bank, credit card, payroll, and vendor statements. Preparing and updating customized procedures. More about YOU… 3-4 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience. A combination of lesser experience plus formal education towards Accounting associates or bachelor's degree may be considered. QuickBooks experience is a major plus Super strong computer and 10-key skills. We love Technology and all the latest Techno Gadgets! Highly organized, keen attention to detail, and quick ability to solve problems. Intellectually curious and continually learning new things! Hint: be prepared to answer what you learned recently!
