Bookkeeper - Japanese Bilingual

Overview The company is a bookkeeping firm established in 2023, specializing in delivering comprehensive bookkeeping services such as payroll management, state tax filings, and estimated tax calculations. You will be responsible for recording daily financial transactions for multiple clients, preparing invoices and paying bills, processing payrolls, holding regular meetings with clients, and preparing their financial statements for review by your supervisor/manager. Responsibilities and Duties • Gain a comprehensive understanding of your clients’ operations to manage their bookkeeping needs, including AP/AR, expense management, financial statement preparation. • Manage internal and external deadlines to meet clients' reporting requirements. • Provide feedback and improvement suggestions for streamlining the bookkeeping process. • Communicate effectively with both internal team members and clients. • Learn clients’ HR policies to ensure accurate payroll preparation and processing. • Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications • Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • At least 5 years of professional experience managing multiple bookkeeping projects for clients. • At least 2 years of professional experience managing payrolls for clients. • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online preferred). • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. • Proactive and clear communication style. • ** For more bilingual job openings and job hunting tips, please visit stscareer.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year Schedule: • Monday to Friday Language: • Japanese (Required) Location: • California (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
