The Role We serve small businesses across the United States, offering outsourced accounting services to manage payroll, tax, and bookkeeping functions. Key Responsibilities Oversee QuickBooks Online bookkeeping and accounting for 40-70 small business clients and their owners. Handle monthly tax planning and filing with a proactive approach. Take ownership of operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and high quality. Analyze financial statements to support tax planning and management decisions. Be prepared to work overtime during tax season (January-April). Demonstrate a strong understanding of the tax code and both personal and business tax returns. Apply knowledge of debits, credits, financial statements, double-entry bookkeeping, and cash flow analysis. Key Skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Clear and concise verbal and written communication abilities. Capability to manage multiple projects efficiently and professionally, even with frequent interruptions. Qualifications & Requirements A college degree is preferred, but relevant knowledge and experience will be considered. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
