Bookkeeper (PT) - KMD Associates - Bradenton, FL - work from home job Company: KMD Associates Job description: KMD Associates is in need of Bookkeeper. Job Details: • Looking for a part-time bookkeeper for a small business. The job would be primarily remote with a few in-person tasks. Visiting the office roughly once a week at a minimum, or can work primarily from office at bookkeepers preference. Responsibilities include: • Pick up bills from our mailbox once a week when key manager is not in town. • Checking some on-line bill-portals for bill notices • Put bills into our accounting system • Entering receivables into account system • We will provide online access to our accounting platform (QuickBooks) and remote office databases. • Prepare any supplemental material needed by our accountant (which have direct online access to our systems) • Managing online time-card app- adding or deleting new/ old employees • Tracking employee vacation/ sick days in accounting system. • Sending Zelle payments to employees and some recurring bill payments. • Some light office filing of bills/ invoices - on office computers and file cabinets. Optional additional hours available for special office projects as they may arise. Strong familiarity with QuickBooks online desired. Looking for bookkeepers familiar with the Balance Sheet side of bookkeeping as well as Income Statements. Familiarity with basic computer file structures a plus.
