Bookkeeper - Remote

Description: • Conducting bank account and credit card reconciliations. • Performing bookkeeping reviews. • Tracking and paying bills/loans. • Collecting and managing invoices. • Filing 1099 forms. • Calculating and collecting sales tax. • Handling payroll filing and reporting. • Maintaining financial transaction spreadsheets. • Submitting detailed daily reports to your supervisor. • Keeping accurate time logs for each client. • Using internal software to document completed client work. • Performing other duties as assigned. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online is compulsory. • 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience with multiple small businesses. • (Bonus) Experience as an Accountant or Staff Accountant is a plus but not required. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational and recordkeeping abilities. • Capacity to manage stress from deadlines and workload. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must. • Punctuality in job performance. • Abstinence from mind or mood-altering substances. • Flexibility to work varied hours. • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality. • Located in the U.S. with strong English language skills.
