Job Description: As a Bookkeeper, you will join our dynamic team to oversee financial operations for assigned locations. Your responsibilities will include recording all financial transactions accurately, reconciling accounts, managing payroll, and maintaining open communication with operational directors. The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of professional bookkeeping experience, with proficiency in managing large bank accounts. ? Job Responsibilities: ? Review and accurately input financial transactions into the appropriate ledger ? Reconcile bank and other accounts ? Process vendor payments in a timely manner ? Record cash receipts and manage deposits ? Facilitate company payroll and process invoices weekly ? Address aged accounts receivables promptly ? Required Skills: ? High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a relevant field preferred ? 2 years of bookkeeping experience ? Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office ? Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy ? Ability to pass a required background check ? Benefits: ?
