Buildium Property Management Bookkeeping Service or Contractor

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced property management bookkeeper! The ideal candidate will proficient in Buildium Property Management software. Obviously you must possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Our Company is family-owned and operates three mobile home parks, and the bookkeeping role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. The bookkeeper will manage payroll, accounts payable and receivable, perform reconciliations, and assist in financial reporting. Very helpful if yo live on the Front Range of Colorado or in the West Palm Beach area. Requirements/Job Duties • Proficiency in Buildium Property Management software. • Process pay roll every other week using OnPay. • Communicate with company tax accountant as needed. • Manage and pay invoices. • Process security deposit and rent refunds with input from Property Mgr. • Reconcile credit card statements. • Prepare financial statements. • Manage mortgage compliance reporting. • Prepare W-2s and 1099s. • Monitor and manage cashflow between all entities.
