Job Title: Business Analyst – Finance Domain Experience: 8+ Years Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Finance Domain) with expertise in Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Fixed Income, Bond Payments, AML/KYC, Risk & Compliance, and Front/Middle/Back Office operations. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. • Partner with Front, Middle, and Back Office teams to streamline processes. • Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and process improvements. • Support compliance initiatives including AML/KYC and Risk & Compliance. • Collaborate with IT and product teams to deliver scalable solutions. • Assist in UAT, testing, and post-deployment support. • Provide insights for investment, bond payment, and capital market workflows. Qualifications: • 8+ years of Business Analyst experience in Finance / Banking domain. • Strong knowledge of financial products, capital markets, and compliance. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
