Business Analyst - Google Jobs

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Google, where you'll play a key role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions. As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex business problems, develop data-driven solutions, and drive process improvements. Job Summary: As a Business Analyst on our team, you'll be responsible for providing execution measurement, analyzing trends, and surfacing insights to inform business decisions. You'll work with senior management to drive high-impact projects, collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to develop and implement business strategies, and help drive the growth of Google Play. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, success metrics, and timelines, and manage project execution Work with business, product, and engineering partners to translate insights into tests, measurements, and business cases for scaling initiatives Define, develop, and automate key metrics and dashboards to support decision-making by stakeholders Apply causal inference, predictive models, and machine learning to drive segmentation, improve measurement, and enhance customer targeting Ensure a high level of excellence and quality in all projects, and share best practices across the organization Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., economics, computer science, mathematics) Experience with project management, data analysis, and SQL Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, prioritization, and multitasking skills Preferred experience with Python, R, data science, machine learning, and A/B testing What We Offer: Competitive salary ($23/hour) Opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals Collaborative and dynamic work environment Professional development and growth opportunities How to Apply: If you're a motivated and analytical professional looking to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions, please apply to this role.
