Job Description Business Analyst Intern We're looking for tech-savvy interns to bridge the communication between our delivery head and the development team. This role involves documenting client meetings, simplifying requirements, and helping the tech team stay aligned with product goals. Responsibilities: Attend client meetings with delivery heads and take structured notes. Convert client discussions into clear documentation and tasks for developers. Communicate technical and business requirements effectively to the dev team. Assist in preparing weekly plans, task breakdowns, and progress reports. Understand the product and its technical features to facilitate effective communication. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Ensure requirements and changes are well-documented throughout the development cycle. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a closely related quantitative field. 0–1 year of experience in a similar role or internship (freshers encouraged to apply). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of software development processes and lifecycle. Ability to document requirements and technical discussions clearly. Familiarity with tech jargon and project tracking tools. Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
