Business Analyst (Relocation to Spain)

Key Responsibilities Gather, validate, and document business requirements to create clear, actionable specifications. Collaborate with IT and business teams to design new processes and system improvements. Act as the link between end users and development teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery. Define and execute test plans to validate that software solutions meet functional requirements. Support business transition initiatives and contribute to organisational change. Assist in resolving service incidents and provide ongoing user support. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (dailies, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to foster continuous improvement. Requirements Qualifications and Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or financial services environment. Knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking products (Loans, RPPs, Insurance, etc). Solid understanding of accounting principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Experience with tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Teams . Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to document processes effectively. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Preferred: Experience with LoanIQ or similar loan management systems. Prior exposure to global solution implementations in banking. Knowledge of insurance products. Familiarity with the Santander ecosystem or other multinational financial institutions. Other Requirements: Willingness to relocate to Málaga, Spain . Availability to start from 1st October .
