We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join a dynamic team within a leading organization. This role focuses on evaluating and recommending trade compliance software solutions, supporting complex business and regulatory needs related to U.S.–Mexico import/export operations, with an emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and executive-level decision support.

What You Will Do

Elicit, analyze, and document business and regulatory requirements related to U.S. and Mexico import/export compliance. Evaluate existing and candidate trade compliance software platforms against documented requirements.

With over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, you must demonstrate strong expertise in the following areas: Trade compliance and global trade systems, U.S.–Mexico import/export regulations, including customs, tariffs, and trade agreements (USMCA), Requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation, Evaluation or implementation of trade compliance software (GTM, customs, or trade management platforms), Risk assessment, gap analysis, and solution comparison.
