Business and Financial Analyst (10-15 hours a week)

SUMMARY: Mila (www.milacares.com) is a US-based brand of smart air purifiers with contract manufacturing in China. After the successful launch of our 2nd generation Air Purifiers to more than 80 countries, we are now developing a future generation of products. Mila is on the high growth trajectory and an opportunity has opened for a results-oriented individual to join a small but growing Mila Cares team. The position will work closely in a matrix environment to develop insights into the business and help make data-driven informed decisions. JOB: •Work with leadership team to implement robust business and financial models • Lead and manage data across multiple channels, full funnel, KPI reporting, e-commerce analysis • Provide clear actionable insights into the data to help operationalize decisions and improve business performance, sales & marketing, customer/product LTV, cash flows and profitability • Coordinate multiple teams in financial forecasting, budgeting and variance reporting • Identify opportunities for data automation, consolidation and ease of reporting REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or mathematics; MBA a plus • 3-5 years of relevant experience in small to mid-sized companies • Strong knowledge of modern e-commerce platforms, excel data modeling and reporting • Excellent communication and analytical skills • Attention to accuracy and details required • Part-time, 10-15 hrs/week (with the possibility of higher hours the first few weeks while defining expectations and familiarizing the candidate with the Company) Apply Job!
