Key Responsibilities:- Identify and acquire new clients in the U.S. and European markets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for custom software development and outsourcing services.
- Conduct market research to identify prospects, leads, and potential growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and tailored proposals.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
