We’re looking for a high-velocity Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth from the heart of America.

The Role: Beyond the "Cold Call"
We don’t want a robot; we want a social-native closer who understands that the modern boardroom is an Instagram DM or a WhatsApp voice note.
• Own the Pipeline: Hunt down the next generation of wellness entrepreneurs.
• Consultative Closing: You aren’t just selling software; you’re selling a business transformation.
• Relationship Architect: Bridge the gap between a prospect's vision and our onboarding team’s execution.
• Trend Spotter: Stay ahead of the "For You Page." If a fitness trend is bubbling in LA or London, you should be pitching it from wherever you are.
Your Core Responsibilities:
• Identify the Opportunity: Research and analyse the fitness landscape to find high-potential prospects and evaluate their market position.
• Build the Bridge: Establish contact, develop genuine relationships, and recommend bespoke solutions that help entrepreneurs scale.
• Seamless Handover: Act as the vital link between new clients and our business onboarding team to ensure a world-class start.
• Stay Ahead: Remain the resident expert on industry trends, market activities, and competitor moves.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain meticulous records within our CRM and follow up with prospects exactly when promised—you do what you say you’ll do.
• The Team Player: Contribute to our high-performance team culture in any way needed to drive our collective success.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
