They are hiring a Business Development Representative to help build and scale their outbound engine, focusing on generating top-of-funnel pipeline and qualifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, email, events, and conferences)
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within target accounts
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Support field and event-based prospecting efforts, including conferences
- Collaborate with AEs to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, activity, and pipeline in CRM systems
- Provide feedback on market trends and prospect responses to improve go-to-market strategy
Skills
- 0-3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and operating in dynamic environments
- Proactive, organized, and driven to meet and exceed targets
- Ability to operate with a high level of ownership and adaptability
- Interest in growing into a full-cycle sales role over time
