Job Description
As a Business Expert at Apple, you will be responsible for presenting Apple solutions, technology, and services to business clients. Your primary goal will be to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements. You will work closely with clients to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present Apple solutions, technology, and services to business clients, both in-person and over the phone
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with clients through in-store briefings, workshops, and events
- Collaborate with the Business Group to design and present recommendations to clients
- Work with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their business objectives
- Communicate effectively with clients through excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
Essential Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in selling in the business market
- Strong understanding of how businesses use technology and Apple solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
