Business Growth Manager

Responsibilities: Drive business growth across key regions, including LATAM, by optimizing acquisition channels and improving conversion rates. Lead the launch of new partnerships and features to maximize market awareness through diverse digital marketing channels. Identify regional growth opportunities, develop strategies, and execute plans to meet key business objectives. Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product growth or digital marketing within payment, technology, fintech, or crypto industries. Demonstrated familiarity with financial product growth in LATAM and at least one other major region. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Strong business acumen; experience with AI-related projects is a plus. Bilingual English, Spanish or Portuguese is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Solid understanding of crypto products and the exchange ecosystem.
