Responsibilities: Drive business growth initiatives by optimizing acquisition channels and improving conversion rates through campaigns, UI/UX enhancements, and cross-business collaborations. Coordinate the launch of new partnerships and product features to boost market awareness via various digital marketing channels. Identify regional growth opportunities and contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies to achieve business objectives. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in product growth or digital marketing within the tech, fintech, or crypto industries. Fast learner with the ability to work comfortably with large datasets. Highly organized, meticulous, and results-driven, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong business acumen; experience with AI-related projects is a plus. Bilingual English, Spanish or Portuguese is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Solid understanding of crypto products and the exchange ecosystem.
