Business Partner - Finance Acquisition Operations

As a Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our procurement activities, ensuring seamless financial processes, and driving business growth. Job Summary: As a Business Partner - Finance Acquisition Operations, you will be responsible for managing financial tasks, including procurement support, contract review and renegotiation, vendor management, and financial reporting. You will work closely with our Creative and Product teams, FP&A, Accounting, and IT groups to drive business decisions and improve financial processes. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Creative and Product teams to drive procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of services Partner with business stakeholders to support procurement decisions and vendor management, ensuring cost efficiencies and a diverse supplier chain Set up purchase orders, manage vendor invoices, and ensure accurate financial reporting Drive process improvements and automation, participating in system feature development and user acceptance testing Manage vendor relationships, review vendor records, and ensure timely billing and payment processing Requirements: 2+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting, with a focus on procurement and acquisition operations Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA a plus Strong analytical skills, with the ability to navigate large datasets and drive business insights Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong relationships Experience with ERP and procurement systems, such as Workday Financials and Coupa, a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary: $20-30/hour Opportunity to work with a leading entertainment company, Netflix Collaborative and dynamic work environment Professional development and growth opportunities How to Apply: If you're a motivated and experienced finance professional looking to join a fast-paced and innovative team, submit your application today!
