We are seeking a Business Transformation Consultant who can help bridge the gap between strategy and execution. Someone who enjoys solving problems, working with clients, and bringing structure to ambiguity.
This is not a pure project manager role. Instead, this person will partner closely with senior leaders and program managers to understand client needs, design and improve processes, support change and adoption and contribute to implementation success. You’ll play a critical role in helping clients move from “we’re not sure what we need” to “this works.”

- Support implementation efforts by ensuring alignment between business needs, system capabilities, and user adoption
- Develop and support change management activities including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement
- Partner closely with project managers and senior consultants to solve problems as they arise during implementation
- Translate ambiguity into clear, structured approaches and actionable deliverables

What You’ll Bring:
- Able to take initiative, work independently, and navigate ambiguity with confidence
- Demonstrated ability to think critically, analyze situations, and develop practical solutions
- Experience in business analysis, operations, process improvement, change management, or similar
- Comfortable working across different types of projects, clients, and problem spaces
- Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to facilitate discussions and present ideas clearly
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong client relationships
- A genuine desire to learn, grow, and expand skillsets across multiple disciplines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
- Exposure to organizational change management (Prosci or similar frameworks)
- Experience supporting system or operational implementations
- Familiarity with human-centered design, customer experience, or service design concepts
- Experience in consulting environments or client-facing roles
