Job Description
AT&T is looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Advisors. This is an immediate opening, and we are excited to bring new talent on board to help us provide top-notch service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product information, billing inquiries, and service issues.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.
Educational Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Associate’s or Bachelors degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
- Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
