The role in a nutshell: The role will take full ownership of all client communications, ensuring timely responses, follow-through, and resolution of client inquiries. How you will make a difference: Establish, maintain, and develop strong and trusted client relationships that result in high client satisfaction, acting as a primary day to day contact for assigned clients. To ensure timely receipt and delivery of payroll data by payroll scheduled. Engagement with local in-country payroll providers to meet delivery timelines while minimizing escalations. Responsible for timely and accurate submission of all payroll data to required partners and/or clients Responsible for on-time receipt and delivery of net pay and payroll reports in line with agreed upon payroll schedules Ensure reconciliation and validation of data according to predefined payroll processing procedures and standards Managing inquiries from clients, internal regional service centers, and local offices via our case management tool, ensuring full resolution in line with company Service Level Agreements. Develop and drive action plans and root cause analysis reports for issues, as required Participate in the development of processes and procedures for the team following customer and business requirements Detailed focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness of payroll related activities as assigned Serve as subject matter expert (SME) of payroll processes Adhere to SSAE16 compliance audit controls and requirements Additional duties as required Passion for service excellence Strong relationship management Setting high standards for quality and quantity Analytically minded with strong attention to detail Accuracy with record keeping and reconciliation Demonstrates an ability to learn and think quickly Ability to work in a fast-paced pressurized environment Follows procedures and policies and keeps to schedules Strong verbal and written communication skills What will give you an advantage: Payroll/HR/Finance/Systems background with an understanding of the core competencies of the payroll process Strong excel skills, advanced level advantageous Fluent English in both spoken and written skills Experience in a multi-national shared service environment Experience processing global payroll A professional payroll qualification Additional language skills Why become a Guardian: International Environment: Grow your network internationally and collaborate across the world.
