Capital Markets Manager

About the role As Capital Markets Manager at Job&Talent , you’ll take the lead in managing and optimizing our relationships with banks, lending partners, and financing vehicles. You’ll own the day-to-day operations behind our funding flows — from monitoring incoming capital to ensuring flawless reconciliations and timely compliance. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the core of our capital strategy. You’ll work closely with Treasury, Accounting, and FP&A teams to forecast liquidity needs, support audits, and align financing operations with our strategic cash targets. Fast-moving and data-driven, you’ll turn complex financing structures into clear insights, build models to stress-test scenarios, and proactively flag risks or opportunities. Your work will ensure financial resilience and empower smarter, faster decisions across the business. What you’ll do Manage day-to-day communications with banks and lending partners Oversee and review daily reports of incoming funds from financing sources Perform reconciliations related to financing cash flows to ensure accuracy and reliability Support the accounting team during audits of financing vehicles Partner with the treasury team on financing forecasts and liquidity planning Align financing operations with monthly and annual cash targets Ensure compliance certificates and regulatory requirements are delivered on time Conduct data analysis and build models to evaluate weekly cash flow scenarios Identify trends, variances, and risks in financing inflows, proposing corrective measures where necessary What you bring 3-5 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking Strong Excel/financial modelling skills Familiarity with bank reconciliations and cash flow analysis Comfortable with audits and interacting with external financial institutions Detail-oriented and rigorous with numbers Fluent in English (written and spoken) Additional Information About us Job&Talent is a true pioneer in the staffing industry, leveraging AI and technology to revolutionize how temporary labor is sourced and managed.
