Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients. Assist with meal preparation and feeding. Help clients with mobility and physical exercises. Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions. Accompany clients to appointments and social activities. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client’s condition to the supervisor.
