About the position Responsibilities • Assist candidates across a broad spectrum of career transition needs including managing change, assessing skills and interests, and defining career goals. • Guide candidates in resume and LinkedIn profile development, interviewing, negotiating, and new job assimilation. • Support candidates in building confidence and creating a tailored career marketing plan. • Engage, motivate, and guide candidates in utilizing LHH resources and technology tools. • Demonstrate expertise in job-related technology including LinkedIn, AI, ChatGPT, and ATS. • Help candidates connect to jobs by understanding current job market trends and the importance of industry groups. • Educate and motivate candidates on utilizing LHH tools and resources, including participation in Career Collaboration groups and Open Forums. • Provide coaching expertise for interviews and salary negotiations to help candidates secure job opportunities. • Manage time and priorities related to individual program deliverables and candidate activity reporting. Requirements • Preferred 8+ years of professional expertise in Career Consulting or related fields such as human resources, recruitment, or management consulting. • Business/industry experience across diverse industries such as high tech, financial services, healthcare, and marketing. • Strong job market expertise to assist individuals in assessing their skills and identifying potential fits across various industries. • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategies used by recruiters and hiring managers, including ATS systems and applicant sourcing. • Agility in utilizing technology tools and resources including Zoom, Teams, and Microsoft Suite. • Strong service orientation with a passion for making a difference for individuals.
