CAT Claims Representative

About the position Responsibilities • Investigate and assemble facts related to claims. • Determine policy coverage and evaluate the amount of loss. • Analyze legal liability and decide on claims payments. • Ensure timely and accurate issuance of claims payments. • Attend arbitrations, mediations, depositions, or trials as necessary. • Familiarize with insurance coverage by studying policies, endorsements, and forms. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired. • Field claims experience is a plus. • Proficient with Xactimate software. • Above-average communication skills (written and verbal). • Ability to resolve complex issues and handle multiple assignments. • Possess a valid driver's license.
