What We’re Looking For: Valid CD L-A license Minimum of 120 hours from a certified truck driving school (within the past 2 years) SAP drivers are NOT eligible for hire. No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 12 month. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. No DUI/DWI Must be able to pass a DOT physical and hair drug test. No felonies in the last 10 years (no jail in the last 10 years) Minimum 3 years of residency in USA What You’ll Get: One-on-one, hands-on instruction to help you go solo Solo driver earnings starting at $1,000–$1,500+ per week Performance bonuses of up to +8¢/mile for safety, fuel efficiency, and productivity Transition bonus up to $1,500 Career Path: After your initial training (4–6 weeks) and 3 months of Over-the-Road (OTR) experience, you’ll have the opportunity to switch to local routes and grow within the company.
