- Shift Hours: 5:00 AM - until route is complete, 40+ hours per week, including Saturdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
- Compensation: Up to $41.53 per hour based on experience, with additional local incentives such as an extra week of pay, referral bonuses, and more
Job Summary:
As a CDL Local Driver Merchandiser II, you will be responsible for driving and delivering pre-ordered products to assigned accounts, rotating and stocking products, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work independently, with minimal supervision, to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction. If you have a valid Class A Driver's License, a clean driving record, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check accuracy and stability of the load before delivery
- Deliver products to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards
- Invoice and collect monies due from customers
- Pick up company property and secure company assets
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
- Settle all accounts daily
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience:
- Valid Class A Driver's License required
- Interstate designation required on CDL
- 1-3 years of general work experience required
- 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred
- Local delivery experience preferred
- Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
- Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to operate a two or four wheel dolly
- Familiarity with DOT regulations
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Driving record within MVR policy guidelines required
- Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach
