You will collaborate closely with various teams and stakeholders to optimize processes, manage resources, and improve our operational performance. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements. Provide support to the External Fulfillment network, assisting in the coordination of daily operations. Analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and recommendations for process enhancements. Monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators to ensure the fulfillment center operational excellence. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in logistics and supply chain management. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain management, or logistics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
