Certified Elementary and Secondary Teacher-Online Reading Tutoring

Reading Success Academy LLC is looking for Certified Elementary & Secondary ELA Teachers (Part-Time, Contract) Help struggling readers around the world reach grade level from the comfort of your home. About Us: Reading Success Academy is a fast-growing online private education company specializing in helping students—many with dyslexia—master reading, spelling, and comprehension skills. Our programs use a multi-sensory method and are grounded in the science of reading. We have over 20 years of proven results. We teach students around the globe virtually using Zoom. The Role We’re looking for passionate, results-oriented Certified Elementary and Secondary ELA Teachers to join our team. In this flexible, part-time contract role, you will: • Provide 1:1 tutoring sessions for our Reading Success Accelerator boot camps. • Conduct student assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and track progress. • Maintain accurate records and student notes in our Learning Management System (LMS). • Collaborate with our team to ensure students meet or exceed grade-level reading expectations. Compensation $23–$28/hour – based on experience, certification, and training in our proven instructional methods. Requirements • Must hold a current, valid U.S. teaching certificate (Elementary or Secondary). • Must reside in the United States. • Must be able to pass a background check. • Strong background in reading and literacy instruction (experience with struggling readers or dyslexia is a plus). • Comfortable using online teaching tools and maintaining digital student records. • Reliable internet, webcam, and professional online presence. • Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to student success.
