Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Part-Time Evening Opportunity

We're seeking a dedicated and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily supportive and functional care to our residents in a warm and welcoming setting. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you'll focus on delivering person-centered care that prioritizes the resident's needs and preferences. Key Responsibilities: Provide physical care and support with activities of daily living, ensuring residents' comfort and dignity Collaborate with our nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote residents' well-being and independence Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, offering emotional support and compassion Assist with mealtimes, therapies, and treatments, and maintain accurate clinical records Contribute to a safe and clean environment, adhering to our high standards of quality and care Requirements: Current CNA certification A passion for delivering person-centered care and a desire to make a positive impact on our residents' lives Prior experience in direct patient/resident care is preferred, but not essential What We Offer: A supportive and inclusive work environment that values your contributions Opportunities for professional growth and development in a reputable and mission-driven organization A competitive salary and benefits package Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: This role requires regular standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.), as well as occasional sitting, reaching, and stooping. You'll work in a well-lit and ventilated area with a comfortable temperature control system. Please note that you may be exposed to emotionally upset residents or family members, and you'll need to be willing to work beyond normal hours, including weekends and holidays, as necessary.
