Responsibilities: Assists with patients/participants care activities. Responsibilities: Assists with procedures ordered by physician and supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN).| Accommodates patients/participants with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport.| Reports findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.| Assists with keeping patients/participants rooms clean and orderly.| Monitors patients/participants environment for safety hazards and emergency situations and initiates corrective action as appropriate, as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, one year of related experience and active certification as a nurse aide (CNA) in the state of Alabama.
