This is a remote position. As a Remote Chat & Email Support Representative, you will serve as a key touchpoint for our customers—addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service through both chat and email channels. Your role ensures seamless customer interactions and supports the overall satisfaction and reputation of Storage Protectors. Key Responsibilities • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat and email. • Assist customers with insurance enrollment, coverage details, and claims support. • Help troubleshoot simple procedural or system-related issues, escalating more complex inquiries to specialized teams. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM or ticketing systems. • Uphold response time targets and service quality according to internal SLAs. • Display empathy, patience, and clear written communication to nurture positive customer relationships. • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and service protocols.
