Chatbot Expert for Facebook & Instagram (Messenger & DM Automation)

We are looking for an experienced chatbot specialist to build and maintain automated mini-chatbots for Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs. Our brand is focused on relationship coaching, personal transformation, and high-value mentorship programs, mostly for women and couples. We need smooth, engaging, and strategic automated flows that reflect the premium feel of the brand and effectively guide the right people to our offers. ✅ What we need: • Mini chatbot setup for Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs • Integration with ManyChat, Chatfuel, or similar platform • Chat flows for: • Free webinar registrations • Filter questions for mentoring programs • Follow-up automation • DM keyword replies (e.g. “LOVE”, “RETREAT”, “PROGRAM”) • Friendly, feminine tone of voice with premium positioning Ideal Candidate: • Proven experience with FB & IG chatbot setup • Fluent in English (Bulgarian is a bonus, but not required) • Experience with female audiences, coaching, self-development, or premium brands is a plus • Able to work independently with strategic input from our team This will start as a small project (1-2 flows) with the potential for long-term collaboration.
