Job Summary Are you a talented grill chef looking for full-time employment? The Bryngwyn, Pwll, under the same ownership for 20 years, has a vacancy for an experienced ‘griller’ to join our established brigade. Hours will be a mixture of days & evenings by arrangement. And we will not ask you to work XMAS DAY! So if you have a minimum of 2 years grilling experience in a steakhouse or similar we’d love to hear from you. An immediate start is available if desired.
