Duties • Support volunteer management by recruiting new volunteers, providing training, and supervising ongoing activities to ensure smooth operations. • Curate content for social media platforms to share church news, upcoming events, and inspirational messages that connect with the congregation and broader community. • Manage and lead church communications on platforms such as Whatsapp and Facebook to motivate and inspire attendees. • Coordinate speaking events with local and international organizations to attract new volunteers and participants. • Provide leadership in social work initiatives by supporting those in need within the community through compassionate service and resource sharing. Skills • Proven experience with volunteer management, supervising teams, or leading community initiatives. • Strong public speaking skills with the ability to motivate diverse audiences effectively. • Experience in campus recruitment, social media management, and social work is highly desirable. • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to train others and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills coupled with a passion for service-oriented work. • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and energetic approach.
