At Geico Auto Insurance, we are looking for a Claims Service Representative who has a passion for customer service and a commitment to helping our customers. As a Claims Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with the filing of their claims. You will be the contact point for customers and will handle all inquiries, requests, and complaints. The ideal candidate for this role must possess a high level of customer service skills and excellent communication skills. They must be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently. In addition, the successful candidate must have a basic understanding of the insurance industry and be able to navigate multiple computer systems.
