Client Relations Specialist - Bookkeeping - Remote

We are a leading financial services company seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our growing remote team. This is a full-time, permanent work-from-home opportunity available to candidates located in select states across the US. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service and communication to our clients. Responsibilities include... • Fielding client questions and inquiries related to accounting, products, pricing, and processes. You will use your problem-solving skills to address issues of varying complexity and prevent escalations. • Guiding clients through product and service changes, explaining pricing, and following up on resolutions. • Processing client terminations with care and empathy. • Delivering high-quality bookkeeping and tax services to a portfolio of small business clients across industries. You'll develop an understanding of client business models to provide tailored solutions. • Advising on best practices for client communications and service. • Supporting other teams (onboarding, maintenance, tax) as needed. • Contributing to department and company projects. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred • 3+ years experience in bookkeeping, ideally in a multi-client environment • 3+ years in a client service role handling varying complexity • QuickBooks online proficiency/certification a plus • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking and process improvement • Comfortable working autonomously from a home office • Commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity and belonging We offer a competitive salary between $57,000-$62,000 with excellent benefits including 3 weeks PTO, 11 paid holidays, comprehensive health coverage, 401k match, and more.
