Client Relations Specialist - Bookkeeping - Remote | WFH

We are a leading financial services company seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our growing remote team. This is a full-time, permanent work-from-home opportunity available to candidates located in select states across the US. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service and communication to our clients. Responsibilities include... ? Fielding client questions and inquiries related to accounting, products, pricing, and processes. You will use your problem-solving skills to address issues of varying complexity and prevent escalations. ? Guiding clients through product and service changes, explaining pricing, and following up on resolutions. ? Processing client terminations with care and empathy. ? Delivering high-quality bookkeeping and tax services to a portfolio of small business clients across industries. You'll develop an understanding of client business models to provide tailored solutions. ? Advising on best practices for client communications and service. ? Supporting other teams (onboarding, maintenance, tax) as needed. ? Contributing to department and company projects. Requirements ? Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred ? 3 years experience in bookkeeping, ideally in a multi-client environment ? 3 years in a client service role handling varying complexity ? QuickBooks online proficiency/certification a plus ? Strong verbal and written communication skills ? Skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking and process improvement ? Comfortable working autonomously from a home office ?
