Client Relations Specialist - Bookkeeping - Remote | WFH

As a Client Relations Specialist, you will provide excellent customer service and support to a portfolio of small business clients. Your responsibilities will include: • Handling all client communications with care. You'll answer questions on accounting, products, pricing, processes, and more. Your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills will prevent and resolve any client issues. • Guiding clients through product and service changes smoothly. You'll follow up to ensure complete satisfaction. • Preparing and explaining any additional billing charges clearly. • Processing client terminations with empathy. • Delivering high-quality bookkeeping and tax services tailored to each client's unique business model and industry. Your understanding of their needs will enable you to recommend the right products and processes. • Advising on best practices for client relations and communication. • Supporting the maintenance, onboarding, and tax teams as needed. This could involve answering phones or emails. • Contributing to department and team projects. • Performing other duties as required.
