September 13, 2025 The primary role of the Client Services Technician (CST) is to provide technical assistance and support for customers who use GE Healthcare products. This includes providing on-site or remote troubleshooting services to diagnose and repair equipment issues, as well as assisting customers in understanding how to use our products effectively. The CST works closely with field service engineers and other technical experts to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize downtime. Provide on-site or remote technical assistance to customers who are experiencing problems with GE Healthcare products. Diagnose and repair equipment issues promptly and accurately. Assist customers in understanding how to use our products effectively. Collaborate with field service engineers and other technical experts to resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently. Document all aspects of service visits, including troubleshooting steps taken, parts replaced, and any additional work performed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service histories. Communicate proactively with customers to keep them informed of progress and expected resolution times.
