COLAB is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our team remotely from Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a digital marketing agency and excellent communication skills with a neutral/American-accented speaking style suitable for US-based clients.
This role involves managing client relationships, conducting meetings, identifying growth opportunities, and communicating digital marketing performance and strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with assigned client accounts
Conduct onboarding calls, kickoff meetings, and regular client check-ins
Communicate campaign performance, updates, and recommendations to clients
Identify upselling and growth opportunities within accounts
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain strong client satisfaction and retention
Requirements
Experience working in a digital marketing agency
Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral/American-style accent
Strong communication, sales, and client handling skills
Understanding of SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development
Professional appearance and confidence on video calls
Ability to manage US-based clients professionally
