Peoples Group is a trusted financial services company that supports innovators in Canada’s economic future. The Client Success Specialist plays a vital role in coordinating sales activities and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders while maintaining accurate documentation and records.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, file, and retrieve sales-related documents (e.g., due diligence submissions, assessment forms, NDAs)
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and demos for Business Development and Account Management teams
- Draft and manage account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, reports, proposals, and client correspondence
- Participate in client meetings and conference calls, contributing to document discussions and maintaining CRM updates
- Maintain current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre- and post-sales service
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop and document onboarding processes in Confluence and maintain these pages
- Create and maintain reports and sales pipeline updates for executive leadership and senior sales team members
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales environment
- Strong administration and coordination skills
- Excellent knowledge of customer service and sales standards
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), LawVu, and other platforms
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable attending in-person meetings and sales-related events
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting
- A combination of education and experience is considered
- Master's degree preferred
