Client Administrator Location: Basingstoke (minimum 2-3 days a week in office) Salary: £25k What will you bring? We are looking for a Client Administrator to provide our customers with an excellent on-boarding and renewal experience, whilst delivering accuracy, attention to detail and exceptional customer service. You will liaise with internal and external clients/brokers working collaboratively as a team using the most appropriate communication method. Your attention to detail and accuracy will be key when uploading monthly data files and reconciling the member data for client invoices. Manage, prioritise and take accountability for own workflow to maintain quality of service. Have excellent administration communication skills both written and verbal. Challenge current processes and explore new ways of working for continuous improvement. Be able to adapt and be flexible due to changing priorities. Have a willingness to maintain and develop own technical knowledge and expertise in all products, processes, and procedures. Demonstrate the ability to work in a team, as well as on own initiative. Have strong IT skills including Microsoft and Excel experience. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a customer focussed environment, preferably within financial services, insurance, or within a regulated environment.
