About the Role: Clinical Activation Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Activation Specialist to join our team in Boston, MA. As a Clinical Activation Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving clear aligner utilization by providing online and field-based clinical support to dental professionals. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure the optimal dental practice environment and workflows are in place for successful adoption and implementation of our aligner solutions. This role combines in-practice expertise and experience in a field-based role with in-depth clinical knowledge to educate and assist dental practices, ensuring optimal product usage, troubleshooting, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Support and Education: Provide clinical support and education to dental professionals on the use of clear aligners, including product demonstrations, presentations, and hands-on training.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on both sales and clinical aspects of clear aligners.
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Assist dental professionals in troubleshooting any issues or concerns related to clear aligner products, offering practical solutions and guidance.
- Clinical Training and Development: Develop targeted training content and programs to address key challenges within the dental practice environment.
- Market Insights and Feedback: Gather customer feedback in the field and relay insights to internal teams to improve product offerings and support.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of activities, client interactions, and clinical support efforts in CRM or other systems.
- Industry Representation: Represent Eon Dental at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings, conducting on-site workshops and educational sessions.
- Quality and Safety: Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene, Dental Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in dental practice sales or clinical support, ideally with clear aligners.
- Clinical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of treatment protocols and case planning preferably in clear aligners.
- Communication and Training Skills: Excellent communication and training skills to educate dental professionals.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel extensively to support sales teams and provide in-person clinical assistance.
- Certification: Certification as a Dental Hygienist or equivalent is preferred.
