Blue Skies Counseling is a women-owned mental health clinic which began with treating women who have experienced trauma along with resulting anxiety and depression. As empathic, LGBTQIA+-allied feminist therapists, our goal is to help our clients recognize and actively dismantle felt oppression and inequity on an individual basis, including supporting people who are questioning their faith, gender identity, and sexuality.
Our new office is in the Downtown/Central City area in the Shop Workspace, a unique co-working space with an energizing vibe. The Shop offers various member events, including beer and wine tasting, music on the roof, free food, brewed coffee, espresso, sodas, and cold brew on tap for you and your clients. You can also choose to work from home, or create a hybrid schedule.

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be comfortable using a variety of therapeutic approaches including EMDR or Internal Family Systems (IFS).
• We are also able to supervise a CSW or ACMHC and offer training opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Create and manage your own schedule and client documents.
• Demonstrate proficiency with computer skills, AI, and learning new technology.
• Conduct intakes and assessments.
• Create an individualized treatment plan based on client needs using SMART goals.
• Provide applicable therapy through evidence-based modalities.
• Timely completion of notes (within 48 hours).
Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour

• face-to-face therapy (including Telehealth): 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
• Clinical Social Worker License (Required)
